IP67 Mini Size LED Grille Corner 45 Degree Expansion Lights
LG2004 (white 6500K) and LG2005 (yellow 3000K) are compact grille corner lights engineered to reveal the area your primary headlamps leave in shadow. Each module measures just 41.9×37×20 mm, so installers can hide them neatly in grille corners or bumper recesses without disrupting airflow, sensors, or the vehicle’s front signature. Both versions share a robust 10–30 V DC platform and GC-7035 LEDs, delivering consistent output and color for daily use, light off-road, and fleet applications.

45 Degree Field-of-View Expansion
When aimed at the front corner, these lights widen the visible scene by roughly 45 degrees. The beam pattern fills the near-side edge that standard headlamps and fog lamps often miss, exposing curbs, lane markers, pedestrians, and obstacles earlier. Drivers gain more time to react on unlit streets, tight neighborhood turns, and rural approaches where shoulder detail matters.

Turn-Signal Linked Cornering Assist
Wire LG2004 or LG2005 to the corresponding turn indicator and the module will illuminate when signaling. The inside of the bend brightens exactly when you need guidance, helping you pick a safer line into intersections, roundabouts, alleys, and parking structures. The behavior feels natural and reduces the sensation of steering into darkness.

Wider, Calmer Scene with a Grille Light Pairing
Corner lights can be used on their own or paired with a forward-facing grille light. The forward unit casts a broad wash down the lane while the corner module strengthens the inside edge, reducing harsh contrasts and filling the foreground. The result is a balanced, easy-to-read scene that improves confidence at low and medium speeds.

IP67 Protection for Real-World Duty
Both models are sealed to IP67. They continue working through heavy rain, slush, and dust, and they tolerate routine high-pressure washes. Inside, aluminum heat sinks manage temperature to stabilize brightness and color during extended operation. The design target is long service life, backed by an 18-month warranty.

Mini Size that Disappears on the Vehicle
The tiny housings open up mounting options across cars, SUVs, pickups, motorcycles, and UTVs. Installers can tuck the modules behind grille mesh or nest them into bumper corners for a stealth look. The compact driver and simple two-wire hook-up keep labor time predictable and allow clean, factory-like cable routing behind fascia panels.

White vs Yellow for Different Conditions
Choose LG2004-WHITE when maximum clarity on markings and reflective signs is the priority. Its 6500K tone provides crisp definition and measured 621.20 lm from a 13.89 W draw, ideal for city streets and dry conditions. Choose LG2005-YELLOW for weather performance. Its 3000K output helps reduce back-glare in fog, mist, and light snow, focusing useful light onto the road edge with a measured 337.00 lm and a balanced 5.875 W draw. Many installers mix them across fleets—white on vehicles that stay on paved routes and yellow on platforms that see frequent bad weather.

Clear Left and Right Lighting Demonstration
A left-right comparison shows the advantage immediately. With the corner light off, the shoulder and near-side lane edge fade into darkness. With the corner light on, the area near the turning wheel brightens, lane boundaries stand out, and the driver can judge steering and speed with less guesswork. The effect is especially noticeable when maneuvering at trailheads, depot yards, loading docks, or residential driveways.

Broad Compatibility and Clean Integration
A wide 10–30 V input range makes these modules equally at home on 12 V passenger vehicles and 24 V commercial platforms. Current draw is modest, supporting integration with OE circuits or auxiliary harnesses. The flat base and straight sides simplify alignment, and the bracket allows angle adjustment to fine-tune aim without shims. Because the bodies are so small, multiple units can be aligned for creative front signatures or stacked into custom arrays.
Efficient Output with Quality Components
Both lights use GC-7035 LEDs for color consistency and efficiency. Rated at 25 W class, each model balances real-world output with thermal headroom inside the compact enclosure, limiting lumen fade during longer use. The aluminum heat sink helps maintain stable brightness, while IP67 sealing protects connectors and gaskets from corrosion in wet, dusty environments.
LG2004 and LG2005 add meaningful side visibility in a minimalist form factor. Whether you prioritize crisp white clarity or weather-cutting yellow, you can expand the view by 45 degrees, link illumination to turn signals, and achieve a clean, OEM-like install that stands up to everyday driving and professional duty.
