TC1 Mini Projector Lens LED Headlight • H4 Dual Beam

TC1 is a compact projector-style LED headlight engineered for real road use. The front optic integrates a built-in lens with a reflective cup, and a cooling fan is positioned behind the light engine. This arrangement concentrates the beam and helps keep brightness stable during extended night driving. From the moment you switch on, the lamp reaches full output instantly, so beam changes between low and high are immediate and clean.

The lighting core uses a modular high-power LED chipset. Working with the projector lens, TC1 forms a refined beam pattern. The low beam is tuned for everyday traffic with a clear, straight cutoff; the high beam is tightly focused for long-range visibility on highways and open roads.

Cooling is handled by a purpose-built system consisting of a high-speed fan and an aluminum-alloy heat sink. Air moves across the light engine to remove heat quickly, helping the LEDs run at a stable temperature. The housing uses high-density aluminum alloy for strength and efficient thermal conduction, supporting stable brightness and long service life in daily commuting, intercity runs, or light off-road use where airflow can be limited.

Weather protection is integral to the design with waterproof and dust-proof construction, so rain, road spray, and dusty conditions won’t easily interrupt your drive. Electrical robustness covers a wide operating range of DC 10–60 V, suitable for both 12 V passenger vehicles and 24 V commercial platforms. The rated color temperature is 6000–6500 K for a neutral-white appearance that enhances sign contrast and lane-line visibility at night. Reference brightness is up to 4000 lm, providing a confident step up from halogen.

As a private-mold product, TC1’s mechanicals and optics are purpose-designed. The LED layout aligns with the projector’s optical center to keep the luminous point precise, which helps produce a neat low-beam cutoff and a strong, narrow high-beam hot spot. The reflective-cup refraction process is designed to avoid dark areas and astigmatism, resulting in fewer distracting bright and dim patches and more usable light on the road.

The TC1-H4 variant combines these elements in a dual-beam form factor. Rated output is 50 W on high beam and 35 W on low beam at 6500 K, with an operating voltage of DC 10–60 V. Typical dimensions are approximately Ø37.7 mm body diameter, about 107.9 mm overall length, and a base width near 43 mm, helping the lamp fit where space behind the dust cover is limited.

On the road, the low beam presents a clean horizontal cutoff with wide pavement coverage, while the high beam forms a concentrated spot with strong forward reach. Compared with halogen, both near-field and long-range visibility improve while stray glare is reduced, supporting safer nighttime driving for both the driver and oncoming traffic.
