LED Chip
Our product utilizes the SMD3020 1W LED chip, which is known for its high luminosity of 120LM/W. This chip ensures a focused light beam pattern and offers superior heat resistance, making it a reliable choice for high-intensity lighting needs.
LED Chip PCB
The LED chip PCB is made entirely of aluminum, which is known for its excellent heat dissipation properties. In fact, our aluminum substrate disperses heat 300 times more effectively than traditional fiberglass, ensuring the longevity of the LED chip.
Bulb Body Structure
The bulb's body structure is designed to closely mimic the dimensions of OEM halogen bulbs. This makes the installation process straightforward and hassle-free, offering a plug-and-play experience.
Driver
The bulb comes with a built-in PCB driver and a constant current IC. This design prevents the LED bulb from burning out, ensuring a longer lifespan for the product.
Please note that this product does not include a CANbus system. LED decoders and load resistors are sold separately. This product is intended for wholesale and not for end users.
