3064 Amber DRL LED Pod Work Lights
The 3064 Amber DRL LED Pod Work Lights combine a focused white spot beam, supplementary side-emitting optical elements, and integrated amber DRL strips in a compact work-light format. The primary white output is specified at 60W ± 10%, with a stated actual light output of 3,811 lm ± 10%. Its compact 4.09 × 3.39 × 3.58 in W × D × H dimensions make it a practical lighting option for vehicles and equipment that need a defined forward beam together with a distinctive illuminated perimeter.
High Power Output
The 3064 uses six 10W HM LEDs together with twelve 0.5W 3030 LEDs. Its white main beam is specified at 5,000 theoretical lumens and 3,811 actual lumens, both with a ±10% tolerance. A 6000K ± 500K color temperature gives the forward beam a crisp white appearance for work-light applications where focused illumination is needed. The stated 60W configuration delivers a compact alternative for installations that do not require a larger pod-light body.

Side-Emitting Optical Design
The forward-facing spot optics are supported by side-emitting optical elements positioned to add illumination around the edges of the main beam. This design helps bring more light to nearby work zones and peripheral areas than a forward-only optical arrangement. It is especially useful where the mounting position benefits from both a concentrated forward view and added side illumination. Beam aim should always be set according to the vehicle, equipment, mounting height, and intended work area.

Integrated Amber DRL
Vertical amber DRL strips frame both sides of the lamp face, creating a distinctive illuminated outline around the central white optics. The amber lighting gives the pod a recognizable appearance during daytime or low-light operation while keeping the white spot beam as the main working-light function. This integrated design brings a premium visual signature to the compact housing without changing the supported spot-beam configuration of the main light.

IP67 Protection
The 3064 is rated IP67 for use in demanding wet and dusty work-light environments. Its sealed construction is suited to applications exposed to rain, mud, splashes, and routine outdoor operating conditions. The IP67 rating supports the light’s role on equipment and vehicles that work beyond controlled indoor environments. Wiring, connectors, mounting points, and the complete installation should be selected to match the conditions of the intended application.

Focused Spot Beam
The main white beam is specified as a spot pattern with a stated 1 lux distance of 200 m. This focused optical pattern is intended to place light farther ahead of the vehicle or equipment rather than distribute it as a flood beam. It can support long-range visibility for off-road, utility, agricultural, and work-equipment contexts where the available mounting position and beam direction have been properly considered.

Product Hightlights
A die-cast aluminum alloy housing forms the foundation of the 3064 pod-light body. Integrated cooling fins help support heat dissipation around the LED system during operation. The angular housing shape and finned exterior give the light a purposeful work-light profile while supporting the thermal environment needed by its specified LED configuration. This construction approach complements the compact size of the 3064 without adding unnecessary bulk to the mounting location.
The specified LED arrangement combines six 10W HM LEDs with twelve 0.5W 3030 LEDs. The central reflector layout is designed around the white spot-beam function, while the integrated amber DRL strips add a separate visual lighting element at the sides of the lamp face. Together, these lighting elements create a clear division between the white working beam and the amber perimeter appearance.
An adjustable mounting bracket allows the 3064 to be positioned to suit the intended lighting direction. The bracket and side fasteners provide flexibility when setting the beam angle for a bumper, roof, grille, rack, work body, or equipment mounting point. Before installation, confirm clearance for the lamp body, bracket, fasteners, wiring, and the desired beam path at the final mounting position.
The compact black housing, protected front optics, and bracket-mounted construction give the 3064 a rugged appearance suited to work-light applications. Its design combines a compact lamp face with a defined white spot beam, amber DRL strips, and side-emitting optical elements in one housing. This makes it appropriate where visual identity and practical auxiliary illumination are both important considerations.

Applications
The 3064 Amber DRL LED Pod Work Lights can be considered for off-road vehicles, 4×4 vehicles, utility vehicles, trucks, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, and other work-light applications. Its 10–30V DC compatibility, compact dimensions, spot-beam function, and adjustable bracket make it suitable for projects where the electrical system, mounting arrangement, and intended lighting purpose have been verified.
