This 160W Round LED Auxiliary Light combines a high-output lighting configuration with a defined round front face, a combo beam, and white and amber DRL with a dynamic start-up sequence. It is designed for auxiliary auxiliary and work-light positions where a strong forward-lighting presence, a premium start-up appearance, and a robust thermal structure are needed. The product operates on DC 10-30V systems and includes two 3 m cable leads with bullet connectors.

The light uses 16 × 10W HM LEDs together with 84 × 0.5W 3030 LEDs. Its stated power output is 160W ± 10%, with an input current of 9.22A at 13V. The supplied theoretical lumen, actual lumen, color-temperature, voltage, ingress-protection, and illuminance values are listed in the specification table to support technical comparison. The integrated rear cooling structure, screw-less front frame, and adjustable mounting bracket complete the round auxiliary light construction.

160W LED Lighting Configuration

The specified LED arrangement supports the 160W ± 10% power configuration while preserving the clean integrated look of the round lighting surface. Actual light coverage depends on bracket position, aiming angle, mounting height, vehicle structure, installation surface, wiring condition, and the environment in which the lamp is used. Proper aiming is necessary to make effective use of the stated beam configuration.

Dynamic White and Amber DRL

White and amber DRL elements surround the main lighting area and illuminate in an orderly dynamic start-up sequence when the DRL circuit is activated. This gives the lamp a distinctive presentation before the main lighting function is used. The dynamic effect is specific to this 160W version and the larger 340W version. It should not be transferred to the smaller 80W configuration, which uses white and amber DRL without the sequential start-up effect.

High-Performance Cooling System

The rear section is built from die-cast aluminum and incorporates a multi-fin heat sink. This finned construction adds external surface area around the lamp body to support heat release away from the LED assembly during operation. The cooling structure is integrated into the product rather than relying on a separate external part, allowing the rear thermal form and the round front lighting surface to work together as one complete lamp assembly.

Screw-Less Front Frame Design

A screw-less front frame gives the lamp a seamless, bezel-less integrated appearance around the lens area. The front construction is presented with high light transmission, weather-resistant performance, and resistance to stone-chip exposure in mind. The confirmed IP67 rating supports use in installations exposed to dust, rain, and road spray. It is an ingress-protection rating only and does not establish road legality, universal compatibility, or approval for every market.

Adjustable Bracket and Included Cable Leads

The adjustable bracket allows the installer to set the final lamp orientation before securing the mounting hardware. This supports more precise aiming for the intended working area or forward-lighting direction. Two included 3 m cable leads with bullet connectors provide practical connection length for an organized wiring layout. Application Flexibility
