E6 Series 9004 Compact LED Headlight Bulbs

The CN360 E6 Series 9004 combines eight customized 7035 LED chips with a compact body and active fan cooling. Designed for high and low beam headlight operation, this version provides 6500K white light, a non-polar electrical connection, and a DC 11–18V operating range for compatible vehicle applications.

Eight Customized 7035 LED Chips

The 9004 lighting assembly uses eight customized 7035 LED chips arranged within the E6's compact emitting section. The LED layout works with the headlamp reflector or lens to form the intended light distribution. Its narrow lighting blade places the light sources within the original headlamp's optical space.

The 6500K white light specification applies to the headlight output, while separate figures describe high and low beam performance. Correct LED positioning within the housing is important because the bulb and surrounding optics operate together as a complete lighting system.

Compact Construction with a Fixed Collar

The E6 brings its lighting section, mounting collar, and cooling components into a compact replacement-bulb structure. The 9004 version uses a fixed, non-adjustable collar, so the matching holder establishes the bulb's intended position. Secure seating helps maintain alignment between the emitting section and the headlamp optics.

Before installation, check the original 9004 bulb specification, electrical connector, retention hardware, and rear-cover clearance. The non-polar design simplifies electrical polarity matching. These mode-specific figures keep the lighting performance clear. The bulb's listed beam angle is 360°, while the reflector and lens shape its output into the road pattern. After fitting, check both beam modes and the headlamp aim to confirm that the installation suits the intended application.

Advanced Cooling System

The cooling design combines an aluminum structure with a built-in fan and a thermal path from the LEDs toward the cooling section. The metal components transfer heat through the assembly, while the fan moves air around the cooling surfaces. This arrangement keeps the thermal management components within the compact E6 body.

The rear housing must provide enough space for the cooling section and its airflow. Check clearance with the bulb fully seated and the connector attached. When refitting the cover, keep the fan area clear of wiring and surrounding components so the cooling system can operate as intended.

Electrical Requirements for Vehicle Use

The E6 9004 operates within DC 11–18V and has a specified input current of 2 ± 0.2 A at 13.5V. Match these values to the intended headlight circuit. The fixed mounting arrangement and non-polar connection address separate parts of the installation: mechanical positioning and electrical polarity.

The original headlamp housing, cover, and seals remain part of the complete assembly. Check operation through the vehicle's normal high and low beam controls, and confirm that the bulb is securely retained. Correct fitment brings the electrical and optical functions together.
