K3C Series H11 Fan Cooled LED Headlight Bulbs
The K3C Series H11 LED Headlight Bulbs are designed for H11 socket applications and feature an active fan-cooling structure for high-output LED lighting. Four Customized 7545 LED Chips are arranged in a 360° light-emitting layout, helping the light source work with compatible reflector and projector headlamp systems. The bulb delivers a 6500 K cool-white appearance with a defined H11 mounting structure and an adjustable mounting collar.
The K3C Series H11 operates on DC 9–32 V and has a polarity-sensitive electrical design. Correct positive and negative connection is required during installation. The adjustable mounting collar supports accurate positioning where the headlamp housing allows adjustment, helping the LED light source align correctly within the lamp assembly.
6500 K White Light and High Output
The K3C Series H11 has a stated initial output of 10,718 lm / 120.1 W. During stable operation, the listed output is 7,794 lm / 83.28 W. This output profile supports bright LED illumination while clearly showing both the initial and stable operating figures.
A 6500 K color temperature creates a cool-white light appearance that suits modern LED headlight upgrades. The white-light presentation is designed to give the H11 bulb a crisp and contemporary visual character when used in compatible headlamp housings.

360° Light-Emitting Design
The light source uses 4 pcs Customized 7545 LED Chips positioned in a 360° light-emitting arrangement. This layout is designed to distribute light around the bulb position and work with the optical structure inside a compatible H11 headlamp.
The K3C Series H11 has a stated input current of 9.1 ± 0.7 A @ 13.5 V. Its DC 9–32 V operating range supports the specified electrical platform, while the adjustable mounting collar provides a practical setup feature for compatible lamp housings.
Advanced Heat Dissipation System
Dual copper heat pipes transfer heat away from the LED area and guide it toward the rear cooling structure. This direct thermal path supports the high-output operating configuration of the K3C Series H11 light source.
A dense fin heat-sink structure expands the exterior cooling surface around the rear of the bulb. The finned body helps release heat into the surrounding air and forms the passive stage of the thermal-management system.
Active fan cooling moves airflow through the rear heat-sink area. Working together with the copper heat pipes and dense fins, the fan-cooled structure supports continuous thermal management during operation.

Controlled Beam and Adjustable Mounting
The 360° light-emitting design is intended to support controlled beam performance and broad road coverage. When installed in a compatible H11 headlamp housing and correctly aimed, the light-source layout is designed to create a focused distribution with useful width and a controlled cutoff.
Final beam shape depends on the vehicle’s reflector or projector optics, the bulb’s mounting position, and final headlamp aiming. The adjustable mounting collar allows permitted positioning adjustment, helping achieve proper alignment inside the headlamp assembly.
