M5 Series 9005 Compact LED Headlight Bulbs
The CN360 M5 Series 9005 combines two customized 3570 LED chips with a compact body, 6500K white light, and active fan cooling. A fixed mounting collar and non-polar electrical connection support installation in compatible 9005 headlamps, with an operating range of DC 12–24V.
Compact Construction for 9005 Headlamps
The M5 uses a replacement-bulb layout that brings the lighting blade, mounting collar, and cooling section together. The narrow emitting section sits above the mounting position, while the rear cooling assembly remains part of the bulb body. This arrangement keeps the main components within a compact overall structure.
The collar is fixed and non-adjustable. Select the correct 9005 configuration and match the original holder, connector, retention arrangement, and available rear space. The non-polar connection simplifies electrical polarity matching, while secure seating establishes the intended position of the LEDs within the optical assembly.

6500K White Headlight Output
Initial luminous flux is specified at 1,780.98 lm, with an initial power of 33.74 W. Stable output is 1,124.61 lm at 22.67 W. These figures distinguish the two operating states and provide a model-specific reference for the light output and power draw of this version.
The listed beam angle is 360°, and the color temperature is 6500K. The headlamp reflector and lens shape the bulb's light into the final road pattern. Correct bulb positioning and headlamp aim are important parts of making the complete lighting assembly work as intended.

Fast Heat Dissipation
An aluminum body and integrated fan support thermal management during operation. The metal structure transfers heat toward the cooling section, where the fan moves air around the available surfaces. Fins add exposed surface area while keeping the cooling structure within the compact bulb profile.
Check that the headlamp has sufficient space around the rear cooling section. Wiring and connectors should remain clear of the fan, and the original cover should close without pressing against the assembly. Unobstructed airflow allows the cooling arrangement to operate as intended.

Two Customized 3570 LED Chips
The light source uses two customized 3570 LED chips arranged on the lighting blade. This compact LED section works with the surrounding body to combine light emission and heat transfer in one assembly. Its position relative to the original optics helps determine how the light is distributed.
The bulb and headlamp should be considered together when selecting a replacement. Reflector geometry, lens design, and mounting orientation all influence the finished beam. A matching 9005 holder and secure collar engagement maintain the intended relationship between these components.

Electrical Specification for Vehicle Use
The M5 9005 operates within DC 12–24V and has a specified input current of 2.7 ± 0.3 A at 13.5V. Match these requirements to the intended headlight circuit. The non-polar electrical design addresses polarity at the connection, while mechanical fit remains determined by the socket and collar.
Retain the vehicle's original headlamp cover and seals where required. The housing remains part of the complete installation and should accommodate the bulb, connector, and retention hardware without interference. Check the assembly before returning the vehicle to normal use.

9005 Fitment within the M5 Series
Choose this version according to the original 9005 bulb specification and available installation space. Confirm the connector arrangement, mounting engagement, and rear clearance before fitting. After installation, check operation through the vehicle's controls and inspect headlamp aim. Secure mounting, correct electrical operation, and clear cooling airflow support the intended headlight application.
