M5 Series H7 Compact LED Headlight Bulbs

The CN360 M5 Series H7 combines two customized 3570 LED chips, 6500K white light, and active cooling in a compact headlight bulb. Its fixed mounting collar and non-polar electrical design support installation in a compatible H7 headlamp. The operating range is DC 12–24V.

Compact H7 Replacement-Bulb Design

The M5 uses a compact layout that keeps the lighting blade, mounting collar, and cooling section close together. The design follows the general form of a halogen replacement, helping the assembly fit within the available space of a compatible headlamp. Its narrow emitting section sits above the fixed mounting position.

The collar is non-adjustable, so selecting the correct H7 configuration establishes the intended mechanical fit. Match the original bulb holder, connector, retention hardware, and rear-cover clearance. The non-polar electrical connection simplifies polarity matching, while secure seating places the LED section correctly within the headlamp optics.

White Headlight Illumination

The lighting blade positions the LED sources within the headlamp's optical system. A 6500K color temperature provides white illumination, and the listed beam angle is 360°. The final road pattern is shaped by the complete headlamp, including its reflector, lens, and the installed position of the bulb.

Initial luminous flux is specified at 1,781.11 lm with an initial power of 35.83 W. Stable output is 1,198.78 lm at 27.01 W. These figures describe separate operating states. After fitting, check the resulting beam and headlamp aim to confirm that the lighting assembly works as intended.

Fast Heat Dissipation

An aluminum body and integrated cooling fan form the M5's thermal management system. Heat moves through the metal structure toward the cooling surfaces, where the fan supports air movement. The finned body adds exposed surface area while keeping the cooling section within the bulb's compact profile.

The cooling components work together with the LED assembly during operation. Leave room around the rear section and keep wiring clear of the fan area when checking fitment. The complete bulb should sit inside the housing without pressure from the cover or obstruction of the airflow openings.

Two Customized 3570 LED Chips

Two customized 3570 LED chips provide the light source for this H7 version. Their arrangement on the lighting blade works with the body structure to combine illumination and heat transfer in one assembly. The compact LED section forms part of the bulb's optical layout.

Correct positioning within the original housing allows the reflector or lens to shape its light toward the intended area. The lighting result therefore depends on both the bulb and the compatible headlamp assembly. Secure collar engagement helps maintain the relationship between the emitting section and the surrounding optics.

Electrical Requirements for Everyday Use

The M5 H7 operates within DC 12–24V and has a specified input current of 2.7 ± 0.3 A at 13.5V. Match these requirements to the vehicle's headlight circuit. Use the separate initial and stable figures when assessing its output and power draw.

Retain the original headlamp cover and seals where required by the vehicle assembly. The housing remains part of the installation and should close normally after the bulb is secured. Check that the connector and retention hardware sit correctly within the available space.
