4005 Series LED Grille Light
The 4005 Series LED Grille Light is a compact three-projector auxiliary-lighting system supplied as a pair for grille-oriented vehicle applications. The grille-light body combines two Low Beam LED positions with one dedicated High Beam LED position, creating a clear optical arrangement within a compact housing. Low Beam, High Beam, and Low Beam + High Beam modes provide different lighting functions without changing the shared product format. Two wiring-length options are available, allowing the same grille-light pair to suit either a shorter 0.5 m route or a longer 3 m route.
Three-Projector Optical Layout
The grille-light body uses two 30W 3570 LEDs for Low Beam and one 30W 3570 LED for High Beam. This three-projector arrangement separates the low- and high-beam functions within a 6.23-inch grille-light form. The two Low Beam LED positions create a broad, controlled lighting pattern, while the dedicated High Beam LED position adds a more concentrated forward-lighting function. The shared color temperature is specified at 6,700K ± 500K, giving the product a cool white appearance across the available beam modes.
IP67 Protection and Vehicle Voltage Compatibility
The 4005 Series LED Grille Light is rated IP67 for ingress protection and is specified for a DC 10–30V electrical system. Input-current data is provided by operating mode: 4.5A at 12V for High Beam and 5.75A at 12V for Low Beam + High Beam. Low, High, and Low + High Beam Modes
