E6 Series H4/H19 Compact LED Headlight Bulbs
The CN360 E6 Series H4/H19 combines eight customized 7035 LED chips, 6500K white light, and active fan cooling in a compact headlight bulb design. High and low beam operation, a non-polar electrical connection, and a DC 11–18V operating range define this version for compatible headlamp applications.
Eight Customized 7035 LED Chips
The E6 lighting assembly uses eight customized 7035 LED chips arranged on a compact lighting blade. This layout places the light sources within a narrow emitting section that works with the headlamp's reflector or lens. The 6500K color temperature provides white illumination across the specified high and low beam modes.
LED placement is part of the overall optical design. The bulb, reflector, and headlamp lens work together to produce the final road pattern. Matching the correct bulb configuration to the original headlamp helps preserve the intended relationship between the emitting section and the surrounding optics.

Compact Replacement-Bulb Design
The E6 brings the lighting blade, mounting collar, and cooling assembly together in a compact structure. Its layout follows the form of a replacement headlight bulb, keeping the main components close to the mounting position. This helps make the assembly manageable within a compatible headlamp housing.
The mounting collar is fixed and non-adjustable. Confirm the required H4 or H19 configuration, connector, retention mechanism, and available clearance for the vehicle. The non-polar design simplifies electrical polarity matching, while correct mechanical seating establishes the bulb's position within the lamp.

High and Low Beam Performance
High beam luminous flux is specified at 2,214 lm initially and 1,966 lm when stable. Corresponding power is 25.31 W initially and 24.81 W when stable. Low beam output is 1,723 lm initially and 1,477 lm when stable, with power figures of 25 W and 24.58 W respectively.
These separate values describe both beam modes and their operating states. The listed 360° beam angle describes the bulb's emission characteristic; the complete headlamp optics determine the resulting road beam. Check the pattern and headlamp aim after installation to confirm that the selected configuration suits the vehicle.

Advanced Cooling System
The E6 cooling design combines an aluminum structure, an integrated fan, and a thermal path from the LED section toward the cooling area. The metal structure supports heat transfer, while the fan moves air around the cooling surfaces. These elements work together within the compact bulb assembly.
Allow sufficient clearance around the cooling section when refitting the headlamp cover. The fan and airflow openings should remain unobstructed once the bulb, connector, and retention hardware are in place. Available rear space is therefore an important part of checking physical compatibility.

Designed for Everyday Headlight Use
The bulb operates within DC 11–18V and has a specified input current of 2 ± 0.2 A at 13.5V. These electrical requirements should be matched to the vehicle's headlight circuit. The original housing, rear cover, and seals also remain part of the complete installation.
After fitting, check high and low beam operation through the vehicle's normal controls. Confirm secure seating, a suitable beam pattern, and correct aim. These checks bring the electrical connection, bulb position, and headlamp optics together for the intended lighting application.

Select the Correct Headlamp Configuration
The E6 range includes several socket configurations, so selection should follow the original bulb and headlamp specification. For this H4/H19 model group, confirm the required fitment before installation. A matching connector, fixed collar, and sufficient housing space provide the basis for using the E6's compact design in the intended vehicle.
