K2C Series H7 360° Adjustable LED Headlight Bulbs
The K2C Series H7 LED Headlight Bulbs combine an H7 socket structure with a 360° adjustable mounting collar. This adjustable design allows the bulb position to be fine-tuned during installation where the headlamp housing permits adjustment, helping the LED light source align correctly with the vehicle’s optical system.
The K2C Series H7 uses 4 pcs Customized 7035 LED Chips in a 360° light-emitting layout. With a DC 9–18 V operating range, an external driver, and a compact active-cooling structure, the bulb is designed to deliver clear 6500 K white light in compatible H7 headlamp applications.

360° Adjustable Mounting Design
The adjustable mounting collar is a key feature of the K2C Series H7. The collar can be rotated to help position the LED light source correctly inside compatible H7 headlamp housings. Proper positioning is important because the relationship between the LED chips, reflector or projector optics, and final aiming affects the resulting beam pattern.
The H7 structure has no polarity restriction, allowing installation without a positive- and negative-orientation requirement. Correct mounting, secure connection, and final headlamp aiming remain important for the intended lighting performance.

85 W Class White-Light Output
The K2C Series H7 has a stated initial output of 6,895 lm / 85.12 W. During stable operation, the listed output is 5,517 lm / 73.56 W. These figures present the product’s initial and stable operating data clearly without assigning an unsupported high-beam or low-beam role to the H7 socket.
The H7 test data supports a 6500 K white-light presentation. This cool-white output gives the bulb a bright LED appearance while the compact K2C structure keeps the light source suited to the H7 socket format.

External Driver with Decoding Support
The K2C Series design uses an external driver to house the power-management electronics outside the main lamp body. This configuration supports power delivery while keeping the LED body focused on light generation and heat dissipation.
The external driver is designed with decoding support for compatible vehicle electrical systems. It is intended to help reduce common bulb-warning and flicker concerns, while final compatibility depends on the individual vehicle system and installation conditions.

Advanced Structural Thermal Design
The thermal structure uses dual heat pipes to transfer heat away from the LED area toward the rear cooling assembly. This direct heat-transfer path supports the 85 W class operating design of the K2C Series H7.
An aluminum heat-sink structure provides a large cooling surface around the rear of the bulb. The finned body helps release heat into the surrounding air and forms the passive stage of the K2C thermal-management system.
Active fan cooling moves airflow through the rear heat-sink area. The fan works with the dual heat pipes and aluminum heat sink to support continuous thermal management during operation.

Glare-Controlled Light Pattern
The 360° light-emitting design is intended to support a controlled and uniform light pattern in compatible H7 headlamp housings. When the bulb is correctly positioned and the headlamp is properly aimed, the optical layout is designed to provide useful forward illumination while keeping beam distribution controlled.
Final beam shape depends on the vehicle’s reflector or projector optics, the bulb position, and final headlamp aiming. Correct installation is important for achieving the intended focus and road coverage.

IP67 Protection and Uniform Illumination
The K2C Series product structure is presented with an IP67 protection rating, helping protect the lighting assembly in demanding automotive environments. The compact H7 design is also intended to support uniform light distribution across compatible road-lighting applications.
With its 360° adjustable mounting collar, customized 7035 LED chips, external driver, 6500 K white-light output, and active cooling structure, the K2C Series H7 provides a focused LED headlight upgrade for compatible H7 applications.
