M5 Series H3 Compact LED Headlight Bulbs

The CN360 M5 Series H3 combines two customized 3570 LED chips, 6500K white light, and an integrated cooling fan in a compact replacement-bulb structure. A fixed collar, non-polar electrical design, and DC 12–24V operating range define this version for compatible H3 headlight applications.

Compact Design for H3 Applications

The M5 places the lighting blade, collar, and cooling section together in a compact assembly. The narrow LED section sits above the mounting position, while the cooling structure remains integrated into the body. This layout keeps the main lighting and thermal components close to the original bulb position.

The mounting collar is fixed and non-adjustable. Match the original H3 holder, electrical connection, retention system, and rear-cover clearance before installation. The non-polar design simplifies polarity matching, while secure mechanical seating determines the LED section's position within the headlamp optics.

Compact Design

6500K White Light with Defined Performance

Initial luminous flux is listed at 1,781.11 lm, with an initial power of 35.83 W. Stable output is specified at 1,198.78 lm and 27.01 W. Keeping the initial and stable figures separate provides a clear reference for the output and power draw of this H3 version.

The color temperature is 6500K, and the listed beam angle is 360°. The complete headlamp shapes this light through its reflector and lens. Check the resulting road pattern and headlamp aim after fitting to confirm that the selected bulb works appropriately with the original optical assembly.

High and Low Beam Lighting

Fast Heat Dissipation

An aluminum body and integrated cooling fan form the M5's thermal management arrangement. Heat transfers from the LED section through the metal body toward the cooling surfaces. The fan supports air movement, while the fins increase exposed surface area within the compact assembly.

The cooling section needs sufficient clearance inside the headlamp housing. Keep wiring and surrounding components away from the fan area, and confirm that the original cover closes without pressure on the bulb. The airflow openings should remain clear after the connector and retention hardware are secured.

Fast Heat Dissipation

Two Customized 3570 LED Chips

Two customized 3570 LED chips provide the light source for this model. Their compact arrangement on the lighting blade brings the emitting surfaces and thermal structure together in one unit. The LED section is positioned within the original headlamp's optical space when the bulb is correctly installed.

The final beam depends on the interaction between the bulb, reflector, lens, and mounting position. Secure engagement of the fixed collar helps maintain the intended alignment. Use the appropriate H3 configuration and assess the completed installation in the vehicle's actual headlamp assembly.

Electrical Requirements and Housing Compatibility

The operating range is DC 12–24V, with a specified input current of 2.7 ± 0.3 A at 13.5V. Match these requirements to the intended headlight circuit. The non-polar connection addresses electrical polarity, while the socket and collar establish the mechanical fit.

The original headlamp housing, cover, and seals remain part of the installation. Retain them where required by the vehicle assembly and check that the bulb, connector, and retention system fit within the available space. Correct housing closure helps preserve the intended arrangement of the complete lamp.

Electrical Requirements for Vehicle Use

H3 Fitment within the M5 Series

Select this version according to the original H3 bulb specification and the intended headlight position. Confirm the mounting arrangement, electrical connection, and cooling clearance before fitting. After installation, check normal operation through the vehicle's controls and verify headlamp aim. Secure seating, correct electrical operation, and unobstructed airflow bring the installation together for the intended application.
