P2 Series 9005 Silicone Heat Dissipation LED Headlight Bulbs
The P2 Series 9005 Silicone Heat Dissipation LED Headlight Bulbs are built for the 9005 headlight configuration. This P2 version combines a stated DC 9-32V operating range, 6500K white light, two Customized 7035 LED Chips, and a non-polar connection in one integrated bulb structure. The supplied electrical specifications are 110W start power per set and 80W stable power per set. Its supplied light-output figures are 7,600 lm initial and 5,600 lm stable.
The product presentation follows the supplied P2 promotional sequence. The cooling structure appears first because the LED source, internal heat-transfer components, active fan assembly, external cooling surfaces, and bulb connection are part of one complete construction. Each visible cooling component is introduced separately below before moving to the LED chips, stated power data, illumination information, installation, electrical operation, and the 9005 configuration.

Five-Stage Cooling Circulation System
The P2 cooling architecture uses connected thermal routes to move heat away from the LED area and through the rear bulb structure. Instead of relying on one component, the system combines internal heat transfer, active airflow, and external heat-release surfaces. The four cooling elements shown in the supplied P2 promotional panels are presented individually below as part of the overall cooling circulation structure.
Silicone Heat Dissipation and Superconducting Copper Tubes
Silicone heat dissipation supports heat transfer from the LED light-emitting area into the surrounding thermal structure. The superconducting copper tubes then guide heat through the bulb body toward the rear cooling assembly. This silicone-and-copper route is the single differentiating feature used in the 9005 product name, while the other cooling components remain part of the full P2 thermal structure.

Double Ball Bearing Fans
Double ball bearing fans provide active airflow through the rear cooling section. The fan assembly works with the copper heat-transfer route to move air through the bulb housing and toward the external cooling surfaces. It supports the connected P2 cooling layout alongside the silicone dissipation section, aluminum housing, cooling fins, and circular heat-pipe component.

Aerospace Aluminum Housing and Cooling Fins
The aerospace aluminum housing forms the external framework of the rear cooling assembly. Cooling fins around the bulb body provide exterior surface area as airflow passes through the rear section. This finned aluminum construction works with the internal heat-transfer route and fan section, keeping the LED chips, cooling components, and 9005 bulb connection integrated into one complete lamp body.

Circular Heat Pipe Cooling
The circular heat pipe adds another heat-transfer route around the rear cooling structure. It supports thermal circulation within the assembly and works together with the silicone heat-dissipation section, superconducting copper tubes, double ball bearing fans, aluminum housing, and cooling fins. These parts form the cooling construction shown in the supplied P2 promotional presentation.

Customized 7035 LED Chips and 6500K White Light
The confirmed LED configuration uses two Customized 7035 LED Chips to produce the stated 6500K white light. The supplied chip quantity and customized chip type are shown separately so buyers can identify the LED structure clearly. The LED light source is integrated with the 9005 bulb body, while the connected cooling assembly is positioned behind the light-emitting section.

High Power Lighting Innovation
The 9005 configuration is specified with 110W start power per set and 80W stable power per set. Both values are supplied as set-level ratings and are not presented as per-bulb power figures. The cooling system is introduced before this section because the P2 bulb combines its LED source, heat-transfer components, fan assembly, and external cooling parts in one integrated construction.

Focused Road Illumination
The listed light output is 7,600 lm initial and 5,600 lm stable. These values are presented as supplied without assigning them to a high-beam or low-beam mode. Combined with the stated 6500K color temperature and 9005 configuration, the LED arrangement is designed to provide clear forward illumination in a compatible headlight position.

Quick Plug and Play Installation
The 9005 socket configuration supports plug-and-play replacement in a matching 9005 headlight position. Before final selection, buyers should check the original socket type, available headlamp clearance, and applicable local requirements for the intended vehicle. This keeps the installation guidance practical without making a universal-fitment or fixed installation-time claim.

Non-Polar Design and DC 9-32V Operation
The non-polar design removes the need to distinguish between positive and negative plug orientation during connection. The confirmed DC 9-32V operating range provides the stated electrical specification for compatible applications. These electrical features remain separate from the silicone heat-dissipation title focus, allowing the product name to remain centered on one distinct feature.

9005 Headlight Configuration
The P2 Series 9005 integrates the LED chips, silicone heat-dissipation section, copper heat-transfer components, fan assembly, cooling fins, circular heat pipe, and 9005 bulb connection into one complete LED headlight-bulb structure. Headlamp dimensions and physical clearance can vary between vehicles, so buyers should confirm socket compatibility and installation space before final selection.
