P2 Series H13 High Power LED Headlight Bulbs
P2 Series H13 is a high-power LED headlight solution built around a compact lamp body, four Customized 7035 LED Chips, 6500K white light, and a five-stage cooling circulation system. The design combines heat-transfer components, active fan cooling, intelligent power management, and DC 9-32V operation to support stable headlight performance in H13 applications.
Its structure follows a complete thermal path from the LED source to the rear cooling system. Rather than using one cooling component alone, P2 Series H13 combines a thermal interface, copper heat-transfer path, double-ball-bearing fans, aluminum cooling fins, and circular heat-pipe cooling in one integrated lamp body.

Five-Stage Cooling Circulation System
The P2 Series H13 cooling structure is designed to transfer heat away from the LED source, circulate it through multiple components, and release it through active airflow and heat-dissipation surfaces. This coordinated system supports the high-power positioning of the lamp while maintaining a compact rear structure for the H13 headlight position.
Silicone Heat Dissipation and Copper Heat Tubes
The cooling path begins around the LED light source. Silicone heat dissipation helps transfer heat away from the LED area, while copper heat tubes guide that heat toward the wider cooling structure. This combination is designed to reduce heat concentration near the light-emitting source and create a smoother thermal-transfer path through the lamp body.
For a compact high-power lamp, heat transfer near the LED source is especially important. The silicone thermal interface and copper heat tubes form the first part of the circulation design, preparing heat for movement through the following fan and heat-sink components.

Double Ball Bearing Fans
Double ball bearing fans provide active airflow through the rear cooling structure. The fan system promotes continuous air movement around the heat-dissipation components and helps carry accumulated heat away from the lamp body during operation.
By combining fan-driven airflow with the copper heat-transfer path, P2 Series H13 uses active cooling as part of a complete circulation system rather than as a standalone component. This supports more consistent operating conditions when the lamp is running at higher power.

Aerospace Aluminum Housing and Cooling Fins
The aerospace aluminum housing provides a durable thermal body for the cooling system. Its integrated cooling fins increase the available surface area for heat release, allowing fan-driven airflow to move across more of the lamp body and support heat dissipation from the internal structure.
The aluminum housing and fin design help balance heat-release area with a compact rear profile. This gives P2 Series H13 a structured heat-management system without relying on an oversized external heat sink.

Circular Heat Pipe Cooling
Circular heat-pipe cooling completes the five-stage thermal circulation design. The ring-shaped heat-pipe structure supports heat movement around the heat sink and connects the silicone interface, copper heat tubes, fan system, aluminum housing, and cooling fins into a more continuous path.
Together, these cooling components create the five-stage circulation system that supports stable operation after start-up and gives P2 Series H13 its high-power thermal-management structure.

Customized 7035 LED Chips and 6500K White Light
P2 Series H13 uses four Customized 7035 LED Chips with a 6500K color temperature for a crisp white headlight appearance. High-beam output is rated at 9,600 lm initial and 7,000 lm stable. Low-beam output is rated at 8,200 lm initial and 5,600 lm stable.

The separate high- and low-beam output figures provide a clearer technical reference than a single lumen headline. The four-chip layout, white light color, and stable-output data work together to support catalog preparation and B2B product comparisons.

Intelligent Power Decoding
Intelligent power decoding is designed to support stable electrical operation during installation and use. The built-in power-management structure helps regulate the lamp's operating condition, supporting a more consistent connection between the vehicle electrical system, the LED light source, and the cooling components.
By integrating power management within the lamp design, P2 Series H13 presents a cleaner solution for headlight programs that value controlled operation alongside high-power output and active thermal circulation.

High Power Lighting Innovation
P2 Series H13 is specified with 110W real start power per set and 74W real stable power per set. These figures distinguish starting output from stable operating output, giving wholesale buyers a clearer view of the product's electrical performance during different operating stages.
The compact lamp body combines this set-level power data with the five-stage cooling circulation system and fan-assisted housing. This creates a high-power LED headlight concept that focuses on stable operation, thermal control, and a compact form for the H13 headlight position.

Focused Road Illumination
The Customized 7035 LED chip layout is designed to support concentrated forward illumination from the headlight position. The 6500K white light appearance helps create a clean, modern visual result, while the separate high- and low-beam output data allow the product to be presented clearly in technical product materials.
With the LED source, power system, and cooling structure working together, P2 Series H13 provides a lighting-focused solution for headlight programs that need defined output figures and a professional product presentation.

Quick Plug and Play Installation
The H13 configuration is designed for a straightforward plug-and-play replacement process in suitable headlight applications. Its compact lamp body helps installers work within space-conscious headlamp housings while keeping the cooling components integrated into the rear structure.
As with any headlight replacement, available rear-housing space, dust-cap clearance, and final beam alignment should be checked for the target vehicle application. This helps ensure the installation is completed correctly for the individual vehicle.

Non-Polar Design and DC 9-32V Operation
The non-polar design removes the need to distinguish positive and negative plug orientation during connection. This helps simplify the installation process and reduces avoidable connection errors for installers.
DC 9-32V wide-voltage operation supports a broad range of vehicle electrical requirements. Combined with the intelligent power-decoding design and five-stage cooling circulation, this gives P2 Series H13 a practical electrical and installation feature set for wholesale headlight programs.

Compact H13 Headlight Configuration
P2 Series H13 follows the compact P2 Series lamp architecture for headlamp housings where rear-space consideration can be important. The integrated fan, aluminum heat-release structure, and circular heat-pipe design are arranged within a space-conscious form to support product planning for H13 headlight applications.
With high-power set-level specifications, four Customized 7035 LED Chips, five-stage cooling circulation, non-polar connection, and DC 9-32V operation, P2 Series H13 provides a distinct high-power LED headlight option for wholesale, OEM, and ODM discussions.
