T09 Series LED Headlight Bulbs with Built-In Lens
The CN360 T09 Series combines a built-in lens, active fan cooling, and an integrated driver in one LED headlight bulb assembly. Designed for high and low beam operation, it delivers 6500K white light within a DC 9–90V operating range, with Flat Cutoff, LHD, and RHD beam configurations available for compatible vehicle applications.
Built-In Lens for High and Low Beam Lighting
The CN360 T09 Series H4/H19 LED headlight bulbs integrate a lens into the bulb assembly to shape light for high and low beam operation. The optical design supports a wide low beam and a high beam intended to extend illumination farther ahead. A 6500K color temperature provides white light across both operating modes.
Each bulb uses two customized 7035 LED chips and two customized 5050 LED chips, giving a total of four LEDs. The lens and LED assembly work together within the bulb body, bringing the light sources and optics into one integrated structure.
Active Fan Cooling
The T09 incorporates a cooling fan and a vented body to move air through the assembly and support heat dissipation. These components form part of the bulb's thermal design, helping manage the heat generated during headlight operation. The fan is built into the housing alongside the other operating components.
Cooling clearance should be considered when matching the bulb to a headlamp. The surrounding housing and rear cover need to accommodate the complete assembly while leaving space for its airflow openings. Correct seating and sufficient clearance allow the cooling system to operate as intended.
Three Beam Pattern Options
The T09 is available in Flat Cutoff, LHD, and RHD configurations. These options identify different beam patterns within the same product family. The Flat Cutoff version provides the specified flat cutoff configuration, while the LHD and RHD versions correspond to the designated left-hand-drive and right-hand-drive applications.
Choose the beam configuration that matches the vehicle and intended traffic environment. All three versions share the same listed LED configuration, operating voltage, current ratings, and initial and stable output figures. Once installed, the headlamp aim and resulting beam pattern should be checked on the vehicle.
Integrated Driver and Fixed Mounting Collar
The driver is built into the T09 assembly, keeping the electrical control components within the bulb body. This design removes the need to position a separate external driver box. The non-polar electrical connection also simplifies polarity matching when connecting the bulb to a compatible vehicle circuit.
The mounting collar is fixed and non-adjustable. Select the correct H4/H19 application and beam configuration before installation, then confirm that the bulb seats correctly in the headlamp holder. Available space, connector compatibility, and the original retention arrangement should all be checked for the intended vehicle.
DC 9–90V Operating Range
The T09 operates within DC 9–90V, supporting a broad range of compatible vehicle electrical systems. Potential applications include cars, trucks, and motorcycles where the headlamp socket, electrical supply, and physical clearance match the bulb. Voltage compatibility is one part of selecting the correct headlight replacement.
At a test voltage of 13.5V, the specified input current is 5.18 ± 0.52 A for high beam and 3.85 ± 0.38 A for low beam. These separate ratings describe the electrical requirements of the two lighting modes.
Initial and Stable Performance Specifications
High beam output is listed at 3,215 lm initially and 2,294 lm when stable, with corresponding power figures of 65.49 W and 44.26 W. Low beam output is listed at 2,437 lm initially and 1,926 lm when stable, with corresponding power figures of 51.28 W and 41.30 W.
Listing both initial and stable figures makes the operating states clear for each beam. Together with the built-in lens, cooling fan, integrated driver, and fixed mounting collar, these specifications define the T09 as a complete LED headlight bulb assembly for compatible H4/H19 applications.
