Gen 1 LED Grille Lights Ultra Thin 20mm IP67 25W Modules White Yellow Tri Color
The 20 mm series reaches a compelling balance of size and output. Each lamp uses GC-7035 LEDs on a 10–30 V DC platform with a stable 25 W class drive. Models are LG2001-WHITE at 6500 K, LG2002-YELLOW at 3000 K, and LG2003-W+Y with selectable white, yellow, or a 4000 K mix. Measured output climbs again: 888.90 lm (LG2001), 968.30 lm (LG2002), and 854.10/855.20/1058.00 lm for LG2003 in W/Y/W+Y. Actual power is 22.22 W, 21.70 W, and 22.59/21.11/20.79 W respectively.
Ultra-Thin Housing with Added Depth
The 65.6 × 37 × 20 mm body increases fin area while staying slim enough for hidden installs. The extra depth supports sustained output in hot compartments and reduces the need for airflow behind the grille.
Stable 25 W Drive and High Lumen Delivery
Measured performance underscores the step up in brightness. White reaches 888.90 lm for strong down-road definition. Yellow posts 968.30 lm, leveraging the spectrum’s ability to cut through fog, rain, and dust. The mixed 4000 K mode on LG2003 tops 1058.00 lm, offering balanced contrast for varied weather.
Multiple Mounting Options for Wide Coverage
Behind-grille, bumper recess, and side placements are all illustrated. The bracket allows predictable aiming so installers can build two-, four-, or six-module arrays that read as one continuous bar while putting light where it is needed.
IP67 Waterproof with High-Efficiency Aluminum Heat Sink
The thermal design relies on a precision-machined 6061-T6 aluminum heat sink that conducts and disperses heat away from the GC-7035 LEDs to keep brightness stable during extended use—no moving parts required. The housing is sealed to IP67, blocking dust and withstanding rain, slush, and car-wash spray for dependable road performance. The working temperature range from −40 °C to +80 °C further reflects durability in real driving conditions, from winter starts to heat-soaked engine bays.
10–30 V Wide-Voltage Platform and Simple Wiring
The electronics accept 10–30 V DC with a typical 2.0 ± 0.6 A @ 9 V draw. The diagram highlights connector choices for different harness strategies, while the two-wire hookup remains unchanged across models to simplify installation.
Diverse Combinations and Varied Lighting Effects
Use uniform white for a modern signature, go all-yellow for adverse weather, or alternate modules to create a distinctive look. The tri-color model lets builders tune an array’s color temperature with the same hardware, ideal for vehicles that alternate between highway and trail work.
Seven Lighting Modes with Optional Controller
The optional control box provides seven selectable modes ranging from steady illumination to alternating patterns appropriate for show/auxiliary contexts where permitted. Because modes are controller-based, behavior can be changed later without rewiring.
Tri-Color Precision for a Consistent Glow
LG2003-W+Y outputs true 6500 K and 3000 K along with a balanced 4000 K mix. The uniform beam pattern helps multi-unit lines glow evenly across wide grilles and truck fascias.
Concealed Installation Scenarios
Application images call out cars, motorcycles, off-road vehicles, and trucks. The 20 mm series’ brightness and compact form make it a versatile choice for platforms that need real forward visibility without exposing the hardware.
Dimensions and Model Options
All 20 mm lamps share a 65.6 × 37 × 20 mm housing, GC-7035 LEDs, and 10–30 V DC input. Representative measurements: LG2001-WHITE 22.22 W and 888.90 lm; LG2002-YELLOW 21.70 W and 968.30 lm; LG2003-W+Y 22.59/21.11/20.79 W and 854.10/855.20/1058.00 lm in W/Y/W+Y.
