48 Series 12 Inch Single Row Combo LED Light Bar
The 12 inch model in the 48 Series is a compact single row light bar designed to deliver usable distance and a wide near field spill without drawing attention to the hardware itself. A refined optical package shapes a combo beam that blends a central hotspot for forward reach with smooth side illumination for road edges and work zones. Color temperature is set at 6000K to maximize clarity against pavement markings and reflective signage.
Optimized Optical Design
The reflector system is tuned to manage both intensity and uniformity. Light is concentrated where the driver needs it most, then feathered toward the periphery to avoid hard cutoffs. This balance helps reduce dark gaps between the vehicle’s primary headlamps and auxiliary coverage, so you can read the terrain or work area with fewer shadows. The uniform flood portion is especially helpful on narrow trails or when aligning trailers and equipment at night.

Optimized Integrated Design
Thermal paths are engineered into the housing to move heat away from the LEDs during extended operation. By pairing efficient OSRAM P8 emitters with the integrated heat sink, the bar holds steady output through long runs, minimizing brightness droop and protecting component life. The compact body keeps weight low for light bumper and grille mounts.

No Screw Front Frame
A clean, uninterrupted front surface means there are no exposed fasteners to distract from the build. The no screw frame gives a modern, premium look and simplifies cleaning after mud, snow, or road grime. It also reduces catch points for debris during off-road use.

Versatile Mounting Options
The bracket system supports side and sliding bottom mounts, allowing installers to select the best anchor points on grilles, bumpers, racks, or behind fascia. This flexibility makes it easy to center the bar, fine-tune aim, and tuck the housing close to the vehicle for a stealthy appearance without compromising airflow to the radiator or intercoolers.

Beam Pattern
The combo beam is designed to serve as a primary auxiliary pattern. The hotspot gives meaningful throw for straight-line visibility, while the surrounding flood fills in the near and mid field. Drivers gain awareness of road edges, ruts, and obstacles while retaining depth perception. This balanced output is equally at home on rural roads, job sites, and trail approaches into camp.

Waterproof Protection
The assembly is rated IP67, ensuring reliable operation in heavy rain and splash scenarios. Seals and interfaces are designed to resist dust and water ingress during daily driving and off-road use, and the construction stands up to regular washing after muddy runs.

Electrical Compatibility
A 9 to 36 volt DC input range supports 12V passenger vehicles and 24V commercial platforms. Current draw is modest for its class, making it straightforward to integrate with auxiliary harnesses, switches, and relay boxes. The bar is ready for fleet service, overland builds, UTVs, and light trucks where compact size and controlled optics are important.
