E6 Series H11 Compact LED Headlight Bulbs
The CN360 E6 Series H11 combines four customized 7035 LED chips with a compact replacement-bulb design. Featuring 6500K white light, an integrated cooling fan, and a non-polar electrical connection, this version operates within DC 11–18V for compatible H11 headlamp applications.
Four Customized 7035 LED Chips
The H11 version uses four customized 7035 LED chips positioned within a narrow lighting assembly. The emitting section works with the headlamp reflector or lens to shape the light directed ahead. Its compact layout brings the LED sources into the optical space occupied by the original bulb.
The 6500K color temperature provides white headlight illumination. LED position, the original reflector geometry, and the lamp lens all contribute to the final road pattern. Correct bulb selection and seating are therefore important parts of matching the E6 to the intended headlamp.

Compact Design for H11 Applications
The E6 body places the lighting blade, mounting collar, and cooling section close together. This compact arrangement follows the layout of a replacement headlight bulb and helps manage the space required behind the mounting position. The H11 collar is fixed and non-adjustable.
Check the original socket, connector, retention arrangement, and available clearance before fitting. The non-polar connection removes the need to match a specific positive and negative orientation electrically. The collar must still seat correctly so that the lighting blade is positioned as intended within the headlamp.

Light Distribution within the Headlamp
The E6 emitting section is designed to work with the vehicle's existing optical assembly. The listed beam angle is 360°, while the reflector and lens shape that light into the headlamp's road pattern. The bulb's physical position is part of this optical relationship.
After installation, check the actual beam and headlamp aim on the vehicle. Confirm that the collar is fully seated and that the original retention system holds the bulb securely. These checks help establish that the chosen H11 bulb is appropriate for the intended lighting position.

Advanced Cooling System
The cooling assembly combines an aluminum structure, a built-in fan, and a thermal path from the LED section to the cooling area. The metal components support heat transfer through the bulb, while the fan moves air around the cooling surfaces. This arrangement integrates active cooling into the compact E6 body.
Allow sufficient room around the fan when checking rear-cover clearance. The connector and wiring should remain clear of the airflow openings once the bulb is installed. The full assembly should fit without pressure from the cover or interference with surrounding headlamp components.

Initial and Stable Output Specifications
The H11 version has an initial luminous flux of 2,923.1 lm at 26.05 W. Stable luminous flux is specified at 1,961.6 lm, with stable power of 19.5 W. Keeping these operating states separate provides a clearer view of the bulb's specified performance.
The operating range is DC 11–18V, and input current is specified at 2 ± 0.2 A at 13.5V. Use these electrical values together with the initial and stable output figures when assessing the bulb for a compatible headlight circuit.

Fitment for Everyday Vehicle Lighting
Select this E6 version according to the original H11 headlamp specification. The socket, connector, mounting arrangement, operating voltage, and available housing space should all match the intended installation. Retain the original headlamp cover and seals where required by the vehicle assembly.
Once fitted, confirm normal operation through the vehicle's lighting controls and inspect the resulting beam. Secure seating, clear cooling airflow, and correct aim bring the mechanical, electrical, and optical parts of the installation together for the intended headlight use.
