K3C Series 880/881 High Power LED Headlight Bulbs
The K3C Series 880/881 LED Headlight Bulbs are built for vehicles using 880 or 881 headlight sockets. K3C-880 and K3C-881 share a high-output lighting structure with 4 pcs Customized 7545 LED Chips, a 360° light-emitting layout, and a DC 9–32 V operating range. The 6500 K white-light presentation gives the bulbs a crisp, modern appearance while the compact LED structure is designed to work with the optical position inside compatible headlamp housings.
Both socket configurations use the same stated output and thermal-management platform. The design combines high-power LED performance with a copper heat-pipe, finned heat-sink, and active fan-cooling structure to support continuous operation. The 880 and 881 bases are polarity-sensitive and use a non-adjustable chuck, so the correct socket version should be used for the corresponding headlight assembly.
High Power and High Brightness
The K3C Series 880/881 has a stated initial output of 117.3 W and 10,786 lm. During stable operation, the listed output is 77.86 W and 7,783 lm. This initial-and-stable output profile reflects the bulb’s high-power design and provides strong white illumination for night-time headlight use.
A 6500 K color temperature creates a clean white beam appearance that suits modern LED lighting upgrades. Combined with the high-output LED arrangement, the white-light presentation helps create a bright and defined illumination effect in compatible headlamp housings.

Technical Data and 360° Light Distribution
The light source uses 4 pcs Customized 7545 LED Chips arranged in a 360° light-emitting configuration. This layout is designed to distribute light around the bulb position and work with the reflector or projector optics of a compatible headlamp. Correct installation position remains important for maintaining beam focus and making full use of the optical housing.
The K3C-880 and K3C-881 operate on DC 9–32 V, with a stated input current of 9.1 ± 0.7 A @ 13.5 V. The bulbs are polarity-sensitive, so the positive and negative connection should be checked during installation. The chuck is non-adjustable, keeping the mounting structure fixed once the correct 880 or 881 socket version is selected.
Heat Dissipation System for Stable Output
The heat-dissipation system starts with dual copper heat pipes. These heat pipes are designed to transfer heat away from the LED area and move it toward the rear cooling structure, helping manage the thermal load produced by the high-power light source.
A dense fin heat dissipation structure surrounds the rear section of the bulb. The finned design increases the external cooling surface and helps release heat into the surrounding air. Together with the copper heat pipes, it forms the passive part of the K3C thermal-management system.
Fan cooling for active airflow completes the system. The rear fan helps move air through the heat-sink area, supporting continuous airflow around the dense fins. The copper heat pipes, finned structure, and fan cooling work together to support stable operation during extended use.

Sharp Cutoff and Wide Road Coverage
The 360° light-emitting structure is designed to support controlled beam performance and broad road coverage. When the correct 880 or 881 bulb is installed in a compatible headlamp housing and properly aimed, the design is intended to produce a focused distribution with useful width and a controlled cutoff.
Final beam shape depends on the vehicle’s reflector or projector design, the bulb mounting position, and headlamp aiming. Correct installation and alignment are important for achieving a clean beam pattern and making effective use of the K3C Series high-output lighting structure.
With its high-power output profile, 6500 K white light, customized 7545 LED chips, 360° light-emitting layout, and complete heat-dissipation system, the K3C Series 880/881 provides a dedicated LED headlight upgrade for 880 and 881 socket applications.

CE and RoHS Certification
K3C Series LED Headlight Bulbs are supported by CE and RoHS certification documents, reflecting attention to product quality, safety, and environmental compliance for automotive LED lighting applications.
