K3C Series H4 High Power LED Headlight Bulbs
The K3C Series H4 LED Headlight Bulbs combine high-beam and low-beam functions in one H4 lighting structure. Built with 8 pcs Customized 7545 LED Chips, the bulb uses a 360° light-emitting layout designed to work with compatible H4 reflector and projector headlamp systems. The K3C Series H4 configuration delivers a high-power LED lighting solution while retaining the familiar high/low-beam function required by H4 applications.
The bulb operates on DC 9–32 V and is designed without a polarity restriction, so the electrical connection does not depend on a positive or negative installation orientation. An adjustable mounting collar supports correct positioning during installation where the headlamp housing allows adjustment, helping the light source align with the optical center of the lamp assembly.
High Power Dual-Beam Performance
In high-beam mode, the K3C Series H4 has a stated initial output of 107.3 W and 8,685 lm. Its listed stable high-beam output is 76.97 W and 6,386 lm. This high-beam configuration is designed to provide strong forward illumination when additional distance and road visibility are needed.
In low-beam mode, the stated initial output is 107.7 W and 7,184 lm, while stable output is listed as 72.72 W and 5,054 lm. The separate low-beam output structure allows the H4 bulb to perform its dual-beam role without combining high- and low-beam specifications into one unclear total figure.
The K3C Series is presented in a 6500 K cool-white light color. This clean white-light appearance gives the H4 bulb a modern LED lighting character and complements the high-output design of both beam functions.
Technical Data and 360° Light Distribution
The light source uses 8 pcs Customized 7545 LED Chips in a 360° light-emitting arrangement. This design distributes light around the bulb position to work with the reflector or projector optics inside a compatible H4 headlamp. Correct bulb orientation and mounting position remain important for maintaining the intended beam focus.
The K3C Series H4 operates at DC 9–32 V, with a stated input current of 8.1 ± 0.6 A @ 13.5 V. Its H4 configuration supports both high-beam and low-beam functions, while the adjustable mounting collar provides a practical alignment feature during installation where the lamp structure permits it.
Heat Dissipation System for Stable Output
The cooling system begins with dual copper heat pipes that transfer heat away from the LED area and guide it toward the rear thermal-management structure. This direct heat-transfer path supports the high-power operation of the H4 dual-beam light source.
A dense fin heat dissipation structure surrounds the rear section of the bulb. The finned body increases the cooling surface area and helps release heat into the surrounding air, forming the passive stage of the K3C Series thermal-management system.
Fan cooling for active airflow completes the heat-dissipation system. The rear fan helps circulate air through the finned heat-sink area, working with the copper heat pipes and dense fins to support continuous thermal management during operation.
Focused Beam Control and Road Coverage
The H4 dual-beam structure is designed to support a controlled beam pattern for both high-beam and low-beam use. When installed in a compatible headlamp housing and correctly aimed, the 360° light-emitting layout is intended to create a focused distribution with useful width and a defined cutoff in low-beam operation.
Final beam shape depends on the vehicle’s reflector or projector optics, the bulb’s mounting position, and final headlamp aiming. Correct installation and alignment are important for achieving the best beam focus and road coverage from the K3C Series H4 lighting structure.
