M5 Series H11 Compact LED Headlight Bulbs
The CN360 M5 Series H11 brings two customized 3570 LED chips and 6500K white light into a compact headlight bulb. An aluminum body and integrated fan support heat dissipation, while a fixed collar and non-polar connection define the installation arrangement for compatible H11 headlamps.
Compact Design for H11 Fitment
The M5 keeps the lighting blade, mounting position, and cooling components close together in a compact assembly. Its layout follows the general form of a replacement headlight bulb, with the emitting section positioned above the collar. The cooling structure remains integrated into the body beneath the lighting section.
The H11 collar is fixed and non-adjustable. Match the original socket, electrical connector, retention arrangement, and available rear clearance before installation. The non-polar connection simplifies polarity matching, while secure mechanical seating positions the LED blade within the headlamp's optical system.

White Light with Defined Output Figures
The M5 H11 has an initial luminous flux of 1,780.98 lm at 33.74 W. Stable luminous flux is specified at 1,124.61 lm, with stable power of 22.67 W. These figures describe different operating states and provide a clear basis for assessing the output of this version.
The color temperature is 6500K, and the listed beam angle is 360°. The original reflector and lens shape the bulb's light into the final road pattern. Correct installation and headlamp aim help the emitting section work with the surrounding optics in the intended lighting position.

Fast Heat Dissipation
The M5 combines an aluminum body with an integrated cooling fan. The metal structure transfers heat from the LED section toward the cooling surfaces, while the fan supports air movement around the assembly. Fins provide additional surface area within the compact body profile.
Space around the cooling section is part of the physical fitment check. Keep wiring clear of the fan and confirm that the original cover closes without placing pressure on the bulb. The airflow openings should remain unobstructed once the connector and retention hardware are in place.

Two Customized 3570 LED Chips
Two customized 3570 LED chips form the light source for this H11 version. Their arrangement on the compact lighting blade brings the emitting surfaces and thermal structure together. The LED section is designed to sit within the original headlamp's optical space when the bulb is correctly seated.
The final distribution of light depends on the bulb, reflector, lens, and mounting position working together. Use the correct H11 configuration and check the resulting pattern after installation. The fixed collar establishes the intended mechanical orientation rather than providing an adjustable rotation setting.

DC 12–24V Electrical Operation
The operating voltage range is DC 12–24V, with a specified input current of 2.7 ± 0.3 A at 13.5V. Match the vehicle's electrical supply and headlight circuit to these requirements. The non-polar design addresses connection polarity within a compatible installation.
The original headlamp housing and protective cover remain part of the complete assembly. Retain the original seals where required and ensure that the bulb, connector, and wiring fit securely inside the available space. Normal housing closure should be maintained after replacement.

H11 Application within the M5 Series
Choose this version according to the original H11 bulb specification and the intended headlight position. Confirm the socket, connector, retention system, and cooling clearance before fitting. After installation, check normal operation through the vehicle's controls and verify headlamp aim. Correct mechanical fit, electrical operation, and optical alignment allow the M5's compact design to serve the intended application.
