P2 Series 9006 Double Ball Bearing Fan LED Headlight Bulbs
The P2 Series 9006 Double Ball Bearing Fan LED Headlight Bulbs are designed for the 9006 headlight configuration. This P2 version combines a stated DC 9-32V operating range, 6500K white light, two Customized 7035 LED Chips, and a non-polar connection design in one integrated bulb structure. The supplied electrical specifications are 110W start power per set and 80W stable power per set. The supplied light-output figures are 7,600 lm initial and 5,600 lm stable.
The product presentation follows the supplied P2 promotional sequence. Its cooling structure is introduced first because the LED light source, internal heat-transfer components, active fan assembly, external cooling surfaces, and bulb connection are built into one complete unit. The following sections present each visible cooling component separately before moving to the LED source, stated power data, illumination information, installation, electrical operation, and the 9006 configuration.

Five-Stage Cooling Circulation System
The P2 cooling architecture uses connected thermal paths to guide heat away from the LED area and through the rear bulb structure. Rather than relying on a single cooling part, the structure combines internal heat transfer, active airflow, and exterior heat-release surfaces. The four cooling elements shown in the supplied promotional panels are explained separately below, forming the visible cooling construction of the P2 bulb.
Silicone Heat Dissipation and Superconducting Copper Tubes
Silicone heat dissipation supports heat transfer away from the LED light-emitting area. The superconducting copper tubes form an internal route that guides heat toward the rear cooling assembly. This connects the light-emitting section with the larger thermal structure behind it, keeping the LED source, copper heat-transfer path, and rear cooling components within one integrated bulb body.

Double Ball Bearing Fans
Double ball bearing fans provide active airflow through the rear cooling section. This fan structure is the single differentiating feature used in the customer-facing product name. The fan assembly works alongside the internal copper heat-transfer route and directs airflow through the rear housing toward the external cooling surfaces. It is part of the overall P2 cooling layout together with the aluminum body, cooling fins, and circular heat pipe.

Aerospace Aluminum Housing and Cooling Fins
The aerospace aluminum housing forms the external structure of the cooling assembly. Cooling fins around the rear section create exterior surface area as air moves through the bulb body. This finned housing works with the internal heat-transfer route and fan airflow, while keeping the LED chips, cooling components, and 9006 socket connection together in a compact lamp structure.

Circular Heat Pipe Cooling
The circular heat pipe adds another heat-transfer route around the rear cooling structure. It supports thermal circulation within the assembly and works together with the silicone heat-dissipation section, superconducting copper tubes, double ball bearing fans, aluminum housing, and cooling fins. These components make up the cooling construction presented for the P2 series.

Customized 7035 LED Chips and 6500K White Light
The confirmed LED configuration uses two Customized 7035 LED Chips to produce the stated 6500K white light. The chip quantity and chip type are shown separately so buyers can identify the supplied LED structure clearly. The LED light source is positioned at the front of the bulb assembly, while the connected cooling structure is arranged behind the light-emitting section.
